The Passport Health and Well-Being Campus
Passport envisions this Health and Well-Being Campus becoming a world-class development that accomplishes a number of goals, including: fostering innovation and collaboration with our community partners; attracting and retaining top talent to work for Passport; partnering with businesses and government entities to become an economic engine for the West Louisville region; and improving the health and well-being of all Passport members and all Kentuckians.
Since Passport first announced in April 2017 that it would be acquiring the property at 18th Street and Broadway, there have been a number of developments, and there are more to come. Keep updated on all of the plans related to development and construction of the Passport corporate headquarters and the rest of the 20-acre site.

Passport Health Plan is a community-based health plan administering Medicaid benefits to more than 300,000 Kentuckians. Named the top Medicaid plan in Kentucky by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for 2016-17, Passport has been contracted with the Commonwealth of Kentucky to administer Medicaid benefits since 1997. Passport is a provider-driven plan, with co-ownership by the University of Louisville, Norton Healthcare and other Kentucky-based provider groups in addition to its majority ownership by national population health and value-based care company, Evolent Health.
